Effective permission lists can include access inherited through roles or groups. Direct permissions describe only one source of access.
Can I review access without changing it?
Yes. Listing user roles and permissions is read-only. Role assignment or removal requires a separate explicit request.
How do I specify a role assignment safely?
Provide exact user and role IDs and inspect the role permissions. Do not use a similar display name as a substitute for an identifier.
