Can AI save a document directly to Dropbox?
It can save supplied text as a file or upload file data provided by your AI product. Specify the destination path and whether an existing filename should be replaced or a new name used.
Does searching Dropbox read every file’s contents?
Search locates files and returns matching file information. Reading a file requires a separate retrieval step and an AI product that can process its format.
How is a sharing link different from a download link?
A sharing link uses Dropbox sharing settings to control access. A temporary download link is for retrieving a file and should not be treated as a permanent sharing link.
Can I restore an earlier version of a file?
The integration can list file revisions and restore a revision you choose. Provide the file path and check the revision details before replacing its current version.
