Use Your Business Apps and Data Services With Leina

Checking ERP orders and inventory, tracking shipments, and researching Amazon products and keywords all require the right software or data. Leina uses OOMOL connectors to call supported services, then organizes and analyzes the results for you.

  1. You describe a task
  2. Leina interprets it
  3. A connector calls the relevant service
  • ERP: Check Orders and Inventory

Connect an ERP such as Jushuitan to query orders and product inventory, then ask Leina to organize the results into a table or summary.

“Check inventory for [product SKU] in Jushuitan and organize it into a table.”

  • Shipment Tracking: Follow a Delivery

Use a supported shipping service to look up tracking status by carrier and tracking number, helping you follow up on deliveries and answer customers.

“Check [tracking number] with [carrier] and tell me the latest shipment status.”

  • Amazon Research: Explore Products and Keywords

Use SellerSprite data to research estimated product sales, prices, and keyword search demand for product selection and store operations.

“Use SellerSprite to research insulated bottle keywords on Amazon US. Compare search demand and competition.”

Access to your ERP or shipping service account requires the appropriate authorization. SellerSprite provides Amazon market research data; using it does not mean Leina has connected to your Amazon store. Available data depends on the service.

How Do I Connect My Own Software Account?

  1. Find your software in Apps and check its supported capabilities.
  2. Open Connections to authorize the account and access you want Leina to use.
  3. Return to chat and specify the app, date range, and result you need.
After connecting an app that supports order queries, you can say

Query orders in [connected app] for [date range] and summarize the order count and total amount. Explain how the totals are calculated and where the data came from. Only read the data; don’t change anything.

What Leina can read or change depends on the connector’s supported actions, account permissions, and team settings. After connecting, you still need to specify what you want done.

Adding Leina to a chat platform lets you talk to it there. Access to orders or documents in your business apps requires a separate connection and authorization.

Work on Images, Videos, and Voiceovers

Leina can also call built-in services provided by OOMOL. Share your materials and requirements, and it selects suitable tools. You don’t need to connect a store app or create a separate account with each service provider to use these services.

  • Work on Product Images

Generate or edit images, remove backgrounds, or translate text within an image.

For example: Give this product photo a white background while keeping the product’s appearance and colors unchanged.

  • Make Videos and Voiceovers

Generate videos from text or reference images, or turn a script into speech.

For example: Turn this product description into an English voiceover at a natural pace.

  • Extract Text and Organize Information

Recognize text in images, transcribe audio, or extract information from documents.

For example: Read the text in this specifications sheet and organize it into a table. Mark anything you can’t read clearly.

Available services depend on your account and enabled tools. Built-in services may incur usage charges; check service details and pricing before use. Review product appearance, text, and specifications in generated images too.

Use Connectors and Built-In Services in the Same Task

For example, retrieve product details from an authorized document app, use a built-in image tool to work on the product photo, and have Leina prepare the description. Each step needs a supported tool. Specify the destination and scope when saving, changing, or publishing anything.

Try It: Write a Product Description

Pick a Product You Know Well

This exercise uses only the product facts you provide, so you don’t need to connect a store app. Pick a product you know well and open your usual chat with Leina. We’ll use an insulated bottle as an example.

Haven’t set up Leina yet? Open Bot Management

The product details and conversations below are examples. Use your own verified information. Leina’s actual replies may differ.

Ask in Your Own Words

You don’t need every detail ready to begin. Tell Leina what you sell and what you want help with.

You can say

I sell insulated bottles. Help me write a product description.

Leina might ask

What are the bottle’s specifications and selling points? Where will you use the description?

Leina needs to know about your product to write something specific. You can reply directly without repeating your request.

Give It Information You Know Is True

Share the purpose, specifications, selling points, and where you’ll use the copy. If you haven’t confirmed something, say so rather than making it up.

You can say

It’s a 500 ml insulated bottle, available in off-white and black. The lid has a carry handle. It’s for taking water to work. Write a natural-sounding product page description in under 60 words. We haven’t tested heat retention, so don’t make claims about it.

A description based on those facts could look like this

Bring water along for your workday with this 500 ml insulated bottle. A handle on the lid makes it easy to carry. Choose off-white or black for your daily commute.

Leina doesn’t automatically know your product specifications. Specific details help it write copy that fits your needs.

Keep Talking to Get It Right

In the same chat, tell Leina what to change. Ask for a shorter version, a different tone, or to keep a part you like.

You can say

Make it shorter, under 30 words. Sound like a shop owner talking to a customer. Keep the capacity, colors, and carry handle.

An example revision

This 500 ml insulated bottle comes in off-white or black, with a handle on the lid for carrying water to work.

“Make it more conversational,” “Give me three titles,” and “Keep the first sentence” are all useful requests. You can also share wording you like as a reference.

Check the Facts Before Publishing

Compare the copy with your actual product. Fluent writing can still contain mistakes. Pay particular attention to numbers, materials, and performance claims.

  • Do the capacity, colors, materials, and other details match the product?
  • Did it add any unsupported promises, such as heat retention times or “never leaks”?
  • Do the length, tone, and content fit where you plan to publish it?

You now have a copy draft to adjust and use. Writing it in chat does not mean it has been published to your store.

Try It With Your Own Product

Say what you need, share the missing details, and ask for changes. Your first message doesn’t need to cover everything.

Use Your Own Product

I sell [product name] and need a description for [where it will appear]. Here are the facts: [specifications, purpose, verified selling points]. Use a [tone] tone and keep it under [word count] words. Ask me about anything that’s missing.

After copying, replace the text in brackets with your own details.

Start Fresh, Organize Chats, and Switch Models

Keep working in the same conversation or separate unrelated tasks. These habits help Leina follow what you’re working on.

Use /new to Start an Unrelated Task

Leina refers to earlier messages in the current conversation when answering. This is called “context.” If you’ve finished discussing bottles and want to write a dress description, start fresh so the old product details don’t influence the new task.

  1. Wait for the current task to finish and save any results you still need.
  2. Send the command below as its own message in your chat with Leina. If the group requires a bot mention, also @mention Leina.
  3. After the new-conversation message appears, send the new task and the product details it needs.
Send This Command on Its Own

/new

Then say, for example: “Help me write a description for a dress. Here are the product details…”

To shorten the previous draft, change its tone, or add details, just continue the conversation. You don’t need /new.

/new starts a new conversation, also called a session. It does not delete existing messages in your chat app or clear saved long-term memory. Long-term memory is information stored separately for possible use in future conversations, such as store preferences.

Use Different Groups for Different Work

If you regularly switch between several kinds of work, add Leina to separate work groups on a platform that supports group chats. Keeping each group focused makes relevant materials easier to find.

Product Images
Keep source photos, image requirements, and revision requests together.
Store Operations
Discuss orders, inventory, and day-to-day operations.
Product Research
Discuss product candidates, keywords, and market data.

When switching groups, provide the materials needed for that task there. Don’t assume Leina automatically continues the full conversation from another group. For an occasional topic change, /new is enough.

Members of the same group contribute to its current conversation. Let colleagues know before using /new so you don’t disrupt work they’re discussing.

Separate groups organize conversations; they do not replace app permissions or guarantee that long-term memory is isolated by group.

Try a Different Model for Your Task

A “model” is the AI Leina uses to understand requests, reason, and respond. Models can differ in results, response speed, and cost. Start with the current model and try another when a task is complex or the results don’t fit.

  1. Open Leina bot management and enter Leina settings for your current team.
  2. Choose a model, using the capability descriptions and pricing on that page as a reference.
  3. Save the settings, then compare results using the same materials and instructions. You can still ask for revisions.
Open Leina Settings

This changes the model setting for the current team, not just one group. Coordinate with colleagues when sharing Leina.

Switching the chat model does not grant new app permissions or necessarily change the generation models used by built-in image or video services. Missing product details or authorizations still need to be supplied.

To see which commands your current chat supports, send /help.
