About Leina

We Build Leina to Help Teams Get Real Work Done

Leina is an AI employee that joins the workspace, uses approved Apps, follows repeatable playbooks, and returns work people can review.

Talk to the CEO

I'm Shaun, CEO of Leina. I'd love to hear how Leina could fit into your team's daily work, what's useful, and what we should make better. Feel free to reach out anytime.

Why we started

Teams have more AI assistance than ever, but the actual work still sits across messages, tickets, docs, dashboards, files, calendars, and customer records.

We started Leina so teams can hand off cross-tool work to an AI employee with clear approvals, connected accounts, reusable methods, and a record of what happened.

Meet the team

We build Leina as a product for everyday operational work, shaped by implementation details, customer conversations, GitHub issues, and open-source habits.

What we believe

These beliefs shape the product more than a feature checklist does.

AI employees should work where the team works

Leina should start from the channels, Apps, and records people already use, then bring the result back into the same workflow.

Every action needs a boundary

When Leina reads data, changes systems, or prepares messages, connected accounts, scopes, approvals, usage, and run records should stay visible.

Repeat work deserves a repeatable method

When a task works well once, the steps, checks, and output format should be easy to run again.

How we work

We care about making Leina useful in ordinary work: clear requests, reliable actions, understandable approvals, and results people can trust.

We start from delegated work

Reports, follow-ups, launch prep, content operations, and data cleanup show us which systems Leina needs to reach and which actions need review.

We keep control close to the action

Before Leina sends messages, changes data, or runs scheduled work, the product should make scope, approval, and records easy to understand.

We let usage shape the product

Run records, support conversations, integration gaps, and repeated workflows show where Leina needs to become more capable.
